Our intervention

For each of the projects, clear and objective goals, outcomes, roles and responsibilities are defined using Lean PMP process, a unique methodology defined by Bourbon Tech Solutions.

All the activities of the Dry Dock are monitored through project management software – Vesselman – which allow customer easily and clearly follow-up on progress.
